What is biofuel ?

The most compelling principle of biomass is that it is renewable. Here we said generally means biomass pellet ,which was produced by biomass pellet machine through pressing .The pellets can be used in heating ,power plant ,electric generate plant etc .
2.How to make pellets by different material in biomass wood pellet machine ?
Raw material moisture control is the key to make high quality pellets. Higher or lower moisture can both affect the quality and output of the pellet production. Different raw materials have different requirements on water content. Generally speaking, the moisture content should between 14% and 18%. But you are recommended to adjust this value a bit by testing your chosen material for two or three times. Except the water content ,the size is the main factors as well .To make the pellet ,the size is requested about 10mm even smaller which will depend on the which standard requested .

The structure of biomass pellet machine for wood press
A Ring Die biomass pellet machine has a ring shaped die, and a set of rollers. The die it positioned vertically, with the two rollers set within the die, applying force to the inner edge of the ring die. Due to the vertical roller and die position a motor is required to meter raw material into the centre of the ring.
Most biomass pellet machine operates with a driven ring and a stationary roller set. However there is a small selection of biomass Pellet machine with a stationary die and rotating roller set. The advantage of gear-driven includes more positive driving force without the possible slipping of belt systems. The speed of the Pellet Press is determined by the raw material being processed, for example one proper speed may be suitable for grass and another speed proper for waste wood, etc.
